Wild Plums are about the size of a nickel and red in color with sometimes a splash of yellow. Once you get past their thorny branches, they are a treat with tart skins and juicy, sweet fruit. Excellant on waffles, pancakes, yogurt and ice cream. Try as a flavoring for baked goods or meat sauces. Use as the syrup in any beverage calling for flavored syrup.
