Soup Grade Wild Rice is the broken pieces of Wild Rice that are separated out from the other grades of Wild Rice. This Wild Rice will cook in 15-20 minutes on the stove top and will open up completely. It can also be added directly in as you are making your soup. Be sure to have at least 3 cups of broth or water for each cup of uncooked Soup Grade Wild Rice you are adding to your soup.
