Minnesota Cultivated Wild Rice Flour is ground on our own stone mill and can be substituted for up to 1/3 of any flour in your recipe. Use Wild Rice Flour in all your baking; cookies, pancakes, scones, waffles, muffins, breads, crepes, pizza crust, chips and pasta.  Add to breads, breadings and batter mixes for fish, chicken or pork.
